    Played it on Ranger Hardcore and I didn’t find it difficult up until this point.

    I loved Ranger Hardcore (or: "Stalker Trudny", as it is called in the Polish version) in Metro 2033. I considered doing my first playthrough of Last Light on Normal, but I think I might go for a Ranger Hardcore + all stealth + no human kill playthrough first. It's what I'd try to do irl if I was Artyom; the changes in Ranger Mode will just make it more immersive. :D
