    I really hope so too. pre-ordered this one, first time I've done that, ever. but I very much doubt it will dissapoint. all of them are fantastic, Revelations being my favourite, followed by the first one, Brotherhood and II. will just have to wait and see.

    This year my usual favorites (AC, CoD, Far Cry etc.) has had to stand back and make way for games like MoH Warfighter, Arma/DayZ and FIFA. But I still think I'll see the good ol' ones maybe around christmas :p

    I played the warfighter beta. The game plays like call of duty only with better graphics. My boner was killed instantly. Right now only Metro Last Light and Rainbow 6 patriot. Also Halo 4.

    Yep, games that feel like CoD is a real discouragement when playing them. Not necessary because it's bad gameplay but just that it feels the same.

    But I must say both MP and SP gameplay in MoH Warfighter is very balanced and dynamic, great graphics and good action, with more realism than for example CoD, yet less realistic than BF3. Also the way the singeplayer is told, it's hard-felt, and I was emotionally touched by it. The great deal of customization opportunities makes you able to find a combination that fits your playstyle perfectly, and the different classes compliment each other well, and invite to teamwork. So, actually I'd say it's the game of the year for me, so far. 5 out of 6 stars. Almost 6/6, but there's too any glitches for that.

    Out of the games mentioned in the poll, it's definitely Metro: Last Light that takes the first place; then The Last of Us, with Far Cry 3 last. Dead Space 3 looks kinda ruined by the co-op, whilst Halo 4 looks a bit too generic for me. Besides, I don't own an Xbox 360. Halo 1 and 2 were good (Combat Evolved was brilliant) and I'd love it if Halo 3 ever came out on PC or PS3, but Reach and ODST always looked (and the multiplayer of both, which I played at a friend's house numerous times, was) quite boring & dull for me. Wars looks like a fun diversion, but probably nothing else and way too simple in terms of strategy.

    don't spoil it, some of us don't have it yet. but anyways, I always like to make my own mind up, so I never listen to reviews/critics. ppl said I Am Alive is crap and I love it, the same as RE 5 and Mafia II.

    Apart from LL, i am interested in none of these.

    This year i will be buying ArmA 3, the War Z (maybe) , LL and some older games.

    Mafia II was awesome! Not quite as amazing as its predecessor, but still a great game. :)
