    My question for Last Light

    Will there be any new atmospheric ''little job'' like in 2033? For example, charging your unviversal charger, checking your watch for time left on the filter, pumping your pneumatic guns, etc... I know you've shown us the wiping gas mask action at E3 2012, but is there anything new?

    Well, I guess it's time to start posting questions again now that my old ones have been answered :3

    Are the devs at 4A shooting for an "M" rating? Allow me to expand upon that thought: will there be any more blood, or swearing, in Last Light than there was in Metro 2033?

    A while back you announced to the community that a new inventory system was being developed, and asked for opinions/concerns. After so much feedback, will you let us know if any changes are going to be made?

    Dark Ones

    now I know that in 2033 that their were two endings, one where you kill off the dark ones and one where you spare them. which ending will last light be following on from and will they be returning or will there just be references to them.

    I know Multiplayer is still under wraps, but I'll ask anyway: Can we expect split-screen? Lots of players would love it!

    And has the length of the single-player lengthened at all from Metro 2033 since we last asked? Or still around the same length?

    I'm not asking for this in last light but possibly further along the track 4A could make an open world metro game where you still have the rich environment but you can explore with friends. An idea would be similar to the survival feel of the Dayz mod for arma 2 except friendly human AI at the metro station and you can purchase or scavenge a gas mask and go searching on the surface for extra clips. I know this isn't a question but I just would like to put the idea there so people can consider it because I know there's potential there.

    This idea has been brought up before and unfortunatly probably never going to happend. Mostly because of Metro is a linear game and 4A seems reluctant to change that, second is that the game isn't moddable to that scale.

    Will Last Light subtitles what everyone all said?

    I ask this question because Metro 2033 only subtitled some conversations, not all. For explain, Nazi men discussed about Dark Ones but I saw no subtitle is on. (EDIT: I had to look up in Wikia or else to see what they actually said.) An another example, before the man would go to sleep, he talked about something but there is still no subtitle. I just wonder, why some conversations are not on?

    Alright, there's been an information drought recently; is there an amount of time you could tell us that would give a good idea of how long we have to wait for more information? Or is it going to be a surprise? :O

    Will the characters in the game be someone that you can form a emotional connection with and how deep will character development go this time around?

    Will there be more armor/gear customization elements and custom weapon builds and weapon attachments?

    What will Last Light's multiplayer component consist of? Will it be competitive MP? Co-op horde-type mode? Or both?

    Will we ever see an open-world Metro game after Last Light in the mold of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.?

    Hello and think you for looking at my message, I am a ps3 player and I've been wondering that since we couldn't play metro 2033, can it hopefully come out in the psn store or can it come digitally stored in the metro last light disc and one more thing can you please detail the multiplayer any time you can and want, thank you for your time and it would be highly appreciatible if you answer at least one of the questions.

    So I played metro 2033 on xbox and I loved it I had to sell my xbox but I was given a ps3 I'm happy that you guys announced that your releasing it on ps3 so sorry for rambling but my question is will you guys be releasing a demo for last light but not for just play station gold members but for everyone I really wanna see hat its gonna be like and I bet you guys would get good feed back.

    now i know that in the game and novel the dark ones get wiped out, unless in the game you follow khans philosophy and you spare them, will they be returning in the next game as actual characters or referenced to because i know many other fans want to know more about these intriguing creatures.:)

    Joe this is really concerning me as well as some other players. In the newest gameplay demo, in the crashed airplane, you can faintly hear screaming. I've played Metro 2033 enough to know that it is the EXACT same screaming that can be found on the level Ghosts. Is 4A recycling sound bytes, or what?!

    Sadly, I have a feeling the team is in crunch. That means we probably won't be getting a lot of information, probably at least until the next press push. (I'm gonna guess around late Autumn.)

    I have a feeling they'll reveal a bit more about the story, as well as show up some screes, or maybe footage of MP.

    I don't know for a sure, but that's my hunch.

    Weapons

    I don't know about everyone else but I was wondering if we may see more Russian manufactured side arms such as a PM or TT-33. The revolver just didn't really work for me. The aforementioned weapons were in the book, and technically the only revolver capable of being suppressed effectively would be a Nagant revolver.

    Yeah, I noticed that too.

    Also, is the shotgun sound far too quiet? Just bring it to 4A's attention, they can take it as they will.

    When I first saw the video back in June I was like... "I KNOW THAT SCREAM!"... stupid kid on the train that got killed by a nosalis. I hope it was just for demonstration purposes, but I can't be sure...

    The Duplet was much too quiet. It sounded like someone stuck a big ol' silencer on there, and I don't like it, because that baby was (and still is) my favorite shotgun in M2033.
