Hobbies?

How do they even make the uranium into glass to begin with? Sorry, but this is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing and I might look into it when I have the free time to do it. Hopefully it won't be too expensive if I decide to collect them myself...

 

Uranium was often mined along with other metals and glassmakers, potters, ect found that it made a nice yellow colorant for glass, ceramic glazes, ect. Collection depends on the glass maker and the rarity honestly. The more years that go by the more rare these pieces get since glass becomes brittle over the years. Stuff from the 70's are gonna be cheaper than glass from the 30's-50's.

 

Wow, the more you know. Thanks for the tip and I'll start looking for 70's pieces and work my way down from there if I get enough money. I'll check online since I want to see if these pieces come in the shape of glass animals, particularly birds since I have a thing for animal shaped knick knacks.

 

I guess writing is my hobby. I like writing articles, blog posts, poems, anything at all. It's like my outlet and with it, I am able to express my emotions and thoughts.

I also like eating out. I love exploring restaurants that aren't well-known. When we travel, it's a must to eat at that location's restaurants.

I also like watching vlogs especially lifestyle ones. They keep me happy and entertained.
