How did you get into League of Legends?

3 years ago, my friend was addicted to this game, he was playing it all the day and never get enough from it lol I was really excited to know what is this game so he introduced it to me, and I start playing it since then those days I'm not playing it too much since I'm busy with my work

 

I got into League because of my friend's cousin. I was sitting in his room, standing behind his chair while he was playing and it looked pretty interesting. I went to my brother who had a computer at the time and asked if I could download the game.
Once it was done updating and all that, I got in and made an account. At first, I sucked so bad. Like I didn't know how abilities worked and what are all these champions. It was crazy.
After a couple of months, I got the hang of the game and I absolutely love playing it on my spare time when I'm not dealing with school.

 

I was introduced to the game by a friend at a time where I was against trying new games. It was always the same old pattern of getting invited to a game, getting really addicted to the game, then having the friend who invited you quit the game shortly after he recommended it. Needless to say, that friend of mine no longer even has the game installed on his computer. Three years later, my love for the game has waned with little sights that the passion will ever be rekindled. I, too, had referred friends to this game. Soon, it will come full circle and I will eventually be that friend who left behind the very own game he recommended.

 

I actually got into League of legends when I was over watching my 9 year old nephew. He was playing League of Legends and at first I wasn't paying too much attention and then he asked me to watch him play. Within the first 20mins of watching him play, I was hooked! I sat there and watched him play for over 2 hours until his parents came home. I knew immediately that I had to go home and get this game ASAP. Once I got it, I have been hooked ever since!! I have to thank my 9 year old nephew to introducing me to an amazing game.

 

My friend wouldn't shut up about it and one day when I was on Runescape, a group of people were talking about it so I decided to give it a shot... worst decision of my life.

 

I heard that it was free and started playing for a while. I got kind of obsessed there for a while because it was my first MOBA, even though I'm a bit older. It was fun experiencing that side of gameplay, especially in a team setting.

 

I just decided to try it out after hearing about it from an online friend who streams it. I tried it once and got hooked immediately, though only at first since later on I found it a little more enjoyable to just watch others play but I wouldn't appreciate it half as much if I didn't understand it by playing it first myself.

 

My brother Is a huge gamer and finally found a game his girlfriend at the time was willing to play. They both played nonstop for a while. My whole group of friends moved over to LoL at that time. none of us regret it.

 

My friend dragged me into it. He made me support, because clearly that's the only role girls can play. I was higher ranked than him by the end of the season

 

My friend introduced it to me a few years ago. He always talked to me about it and told stories and how the game worked, and since the game was free I decided to try it out. Needless to say it was a good choice since I spent a lot of hours on the game and made a lot of friends off of it.

 

A friend got me into it back in high school. I stopped playing it for a while, but got back into it after a few years. I got back to when I had more time and seeing some videos of pro players.
