How do you name your Worlds?

I just name my worlds like "New World 1, New World 2, New World 3", etc. I'm too lazy to think of names. Sometimes I name my world creative because it has creative gamemode and survival for the survival gamemode.

 

I name mine after the TV series I am watching or book I am reading. If neither comes to mind then I just pick random sounds and smash them together to make a name. My favorite one was called Gallifrey after The Doctor's home world. I'm addicted to that show. I'm still waiting on them to roll out the mod that has Doctor Who as the main theme. It should be really cool.

 

I barely ever play singleplayer anymore, so most of my worlds are just called 'test' to experiment with a certain thing, and then I delete it straight afterwards. Another few of my worlds are also called 'Totally not playing at school' because I tend to play Minecraft at school.

 

I don't play singleplayer anymore but when I did I used to name my worlds with the number of the version that I was currently playing. For example, if I was playing on version 1.7 I would name my world "Survival 1.7" or "Creative 1.7".

 

I would usually them World 1, 2 and so on or add a detail like World1 - mountainhouse, or something if I have a save where I modify or build some structure that is not in the other save just to note down my progress.

 

I've only ever had one created world that I just named Build. Usually I just use single player to test things out, like mini games that other people have created. I also like touring cities that others have built.
