    is that a figure of speech or would you really play a whole 24 hours. If it's the latter then that is quite the marathon.

    I think he just means like from when he wakes up to bed time, with breaks/meals somewhere there. Not literally the whole day...

    It usually depends on how much interest is in the area I explore. I usually spend hours if there are alot of points of interest, such as alot of loot in the caves, livestock in the area, a good place to farm, and if I can find any animals to make into pets. If I don't find alot to keep me occupied then the sessions tend to end quickly.

    Recently my hours per day have decreased to just minutes per day because of exams that are coming up in the near future and I need to focus on those. Once I am finished though, I might turn into a hermit crab and play all day!

    Only thing that keeps me studying, is that I know how long I will have off once I finish my exams!

    Yeah it can be a few hours or so...sometimes I get really into it and I have a really in depth plan for a massive construction project. But other days its just 'okay time to mine some more redstone' and so I go into the deep, come back, and log off after. Sadly I'm logging in less and less these days just because there are so many other games to explore. But its still a cool game that I might go back to

    Sometimes when I derp around, it takes hours. Planting TNT on peaceful villages and burning it down.

    If I'm on my own I try to spend around an hour maybe less but not less than 30 minutes (the game gets enjoyable after a while!). If I'm playing online multiplayer, depending on the server, I'll play for however long it takes for me to get bored.

    Hi everyone,

    The amount of time I spend on Minecraft actually varies depending on whether I have found a good server or not. I hardly ever play singleplayer, unless it's to LAN with my friends. Averagely, I play around 2-3 hours each session. I usually get bored of most servers easily, but I do stick to some nice factions servers

    Well. It depends when I'm playing with my friends or not. I tend not spend as much time on Minecraft because it is very boring by myself. I enjoy blowing up stuff and slaying creepers but honestly. After 100000 playthroughs it get very boring.

    Good question. It's a question that I'd don't even want to answer haha! Back when I played Minecraft a LOT, I used to play it for 2-3 hours at a time. Some days, I'd literally play it all day, and that, I must say, I am quite ashamed of. Nothing stopped me from playing so much, though! :)
    Nowadays, I don't play Minecraft as much. I might spend an hour playing now and then. But I do watch Minecraft videos (especially from CaptainSparklez!), about an hour of video a day, because right now it seems more fun to me to watch awesome people playing.

    I personally play for 1-2 hour sessions with my friends after I finish my homework. Now that it's summer I think it'll go up to 2-4.

    I usually play for an hour or more. Minecraft is definitely one of those games that I don't turn on if I have to be somewhere at a certain time. I tend to get sidetracked easily and an hour of 'oooh shiny!' usually ends up being two hours or more.

    Wow two hours! I would get bored in less than one. I don't see how you can keep yourself going for that long, normally I only play because i'm bored

    I don't really play that much anymore but when I have the time I spend almost 2 hours at the most and when I'm on the toilet, about an hour. But when I was still free I tend to binge around Minecraft for 5 hours or more.

    Same here! Right now I don't have as much time to play minecraft. I usually need to study or do some work, so it's nearly impossible for me to do anything. However, when I actually do find some time to play Minecraft, the session goes on and on and on.
