I liked cicero. He reminds me of an RP character I had in ultima online. I used to have three jester hats myself and have always been fascinated by fools in fiction and history.

As others mentioned, I knew he was hiding something when I first interacted with him. Something seemed wrong. Maybe it was his annoying behavior, he got on my nerves quite fast.

It was an easy choice to kill him later on.

I liked his style in terms of character creation and game design. From a players perspective... lets just say his life expectancy wasn't very appealing from his point of view.

I can't stand him. For one, his voice is beyond annoying. He's also a creep, so he doesn't last long in my playthroughs.

I hate him so much that I wouldn't wish him upon my worst enemy. He's overbearing and annoying, but I let him live all the way up until the quest is complete. Then, of course, I kill him as painfully as I can.

Never took him on as a follower. But, I don't know. There are plenty of crazies in Skyrim, Cicero being just one of them. I am sure that if I had taken him on as a follower, I would have gone nuts just like him.

Cicero is a crazy bastard, but he WAS right. Skyrim's Dark Brotherhood branch have strayed away from the 5 Tenets that were the foundation of the organization itself. Astrid wanted to become the head of the Brotherhood, and she was wrong to do so, and she even admitted it in her last moments. I like Cicero. He stuck around through the bad times, and stayed true to the foundations of the Dark Brotherhood. He's a bro. I like him.
