    I have never bought anything from Green Man Gaming before so I did not know they sell region-locked keys, sorry. :(

    EDIT: No wait, it actually comes out on the 4th in Europe (later than in the US). Check if you can get it now or maybe a few hours later.

    I got it from cdkeys for about $19 usd. Running a bit slow on my pc; the character and car lag a bit, but not bad enough to be anything more than slightly annoying. Absolutely loving the game. Simply tearing across the desert, kicking up clouds of dust and sliding around, is one of the most enjoyable things I've done in a game in a long time. And the storms are absolutely amazing, the environmental effects are impressive and I'd say up there with the best of them I've seen in a game.
