Yeah, it was cool :D Terrible interview though... The host asked many uninteresting questions.

Thanks for the link. I noticed Artyom was carrying three weapons, I guess his inventory has been upgraded..

Nothing that I haven't seen before from the previews however I did notice

    1. Blood on Gas Mask
    2. Lanterns can be switched on with animation, although there was an instance where one was turned off using the old method.
    3. Weapon fire sounded more mechanical
    4. Nosalis looked more frightening
    5. Gamespot host said that we would get the flamethrower to use during campaign even though the huw said wait and see.

The nosalis that jumped from the shadows when Artyom picked up the duplet was terrifying! Weird ass whiskers and face and what have you. When he shot it through the jaw and wiped the blood from his mask my mouth dropped, moreso when we saw the brain-bits and blood dripping from the ceiling adjacent! :O

It did look cool, and I noticed that they either played on the xbox or played with the xbox controller on PC.

I think a decent GPU will need to run it. I did try to record it using trial software only to realise it had a minute trial recording time, so I missed the whole interview. Derp on my part.

I tried to record it just now on my phone for later viewing pleasure but my phone froze as it was loading the video camera app! Strange......... -_-

That wasn't a nosalis guys, it was a watcher. Nosalises are never found on the surface.

If you look at a thread I created called Last Light Mutants you can see some pictures I added of nosalises found in the Last Light teaser trailer. They look vicious.

It's nice to see some "memories" of Moscow before the war in 2013.

Ok I've watched the first video and why the hell does he need to keep saying Arytom? I'm going to do a count. Also it's nice to see that 4A have used the same ambient noise sounds, baby cries etc from 2033. Seriously what next, will we see that same irritating kid come back from 2033 or will someone else use that little boys voice?

edit - 6 times he said "Arytom".

Yeah, I don't like it either when they needlessly repeat Artyom's name. It's just him and the other guy, we know who he's addressing...

I don't mean to sound condescending towards the Devs, but it doesn't go unnoticed in a short 3 minute clip.

Very bad scripting imo unless that is how Russians talk in which case it doesn't matter..

    :D

When I get a different, (interesting) question, I'll give a different answer...

Most of these stage shows / live demos are reaching people who may have never heard of Metro before, and are hosted by people who are not that familiar with the game either, so you tend to hear a lot of repetition.

Look out for an interview with Rock Paper Shotgun in the coming days, the guy really knew his stuff and we cover a load of new topics...

Ah. I haven't seen the interview, but a lot of people who are new to the game need to be sold really fast. This generation is so damn impatient.

Oh, BTW Majnu, Russians don't sound like that. :D We actually address people succinctly, and don't beat around the bush. Of course, my Russian is terrible 'cause it's laced with Farsi and Kurdish (Damnit)
