    Did somebody curse us?

    My metro 2033 doesn't work as well, though I don't think it can be fixed.

    Though I think I've had cheaptricks problem a long time ago on my Raedon 9250, I can't remember what I did then.

    Well I haven't had any problems with the PC, the only fault is that I don't have a UPS. The thing is it cost maintenance is too high and so my mom won't allow me to buy one.

    Just because the power cut occurs just when the game saves. And the same can happen to an xbox too, so I am on equal grounds :)

    I don't think my problem can be fixed either, I've done everything possible and more.

    Just pray to god that LL works on my computer............................

    Okay don't give up hope. We are all brothers in the metro. I'll make a checklist of things which you can check again to confirm that if you have tried everything.

    I'll start a random one,
    1st DirectX latest
    2nd vcredist (whatever this is called)
    3rd latest nvidia drivers (preferable 301.42)
    4th stock clocks on ram/cpu/gpu
    5th stability test
    6th try windows xp or vista
    7th stability test

    Odd tests:
    Different gpu maybe? When a game I had wanted pixie 3.0 and in a 9250 I only had 1.4 so the game used to crash. Maybe you need to reseat the GPU properly? I had strange textures in spiderman shattered dimensions with my 9400GT. I reseated the GPU and it fixed the problem

    did you reseat the GPU? you're supposed to take it out and then put it in.

    Try running your pc for a few hours without the gpu then with it.

    And how about different GPU? maybe one of your friends could lend you one?

    Dude my graphics card is fine I can run Crysis 1 on max details for hours @ 1080p. I've also stress tested the crap out of it with Kombuster(Dx11).

    The game wont launch, its a game-file error not a hardware error.

    But you say re-downloading/installing the game doesn't work?

    You tested your GPU on another PC?

    Yes redownloading and installing the game changed nothing. And no I have no tested my gpu on another PC because I only have one.

    This is the thing that really makes no sense to me here...:tsk::rant:

    Has anyone decided to make a proper trailer for Metro Last Light yet, just using the footage we have already? I think this would be nice, and you could add this forum's link at the end. :) You could have all the classic text "In the tunnels of the Metro, one man... bla bla bla", make it epic.

    FIXED the issue with my game not working!!!! :laugh::laugh::D

    It was a conflict with my new motherboard's GPU virtualiztion drivers caused from updating the software (VirtuMVP Tech).

    Well now I can start back on doing my knife only series :). Just have to work my way back to the level I was at first since I had uninstalled the game, hehe. :pop2:
