So long as there is no tax on player to player transactions like there is to combat this in other games I'm fine with whatever choices they make.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out and effects the economy in the medium-term and long-term. Right now, assuming it provides a strong revenue stream to support content development for GW2, it seems to make sense to us.
