The first Minecraft video that I watched is SeaNanners old video. And now, I watch Captain Sparklez videos.

I watch Minecraft videos on youtube sometimes, when I get bored of actually playing. Some of the guys actually make money from the vids, so they're definitely a success. It's a good source for inspiration also.

I also like to watch minecraft vids on youtube, because most of the times I have new things to learn from them. Also, sometimes i try to copy what new worlds I see at others on youtube :D so that kind of helps with creativity.

I think it is over saturated now, but the Minecraft youtube bubble is collapsing. There are far too many youtubers who are making videos, and not enough viewers for all the videos that are being outputted. Also, many people are getting sick of watching Minecraft youtube videos, and are leaving that audience. I personally have gotten sick of Minecraft youtube videos, because I have watched so many of them, and that is literally the only thing some youtubers do.

Yes! I love AH's video and their laid back don't give a crap attitude of playing the game. A lot of minecraft youtubers try too hard to be entertaining and using a fake voice to sound excited. they all sound the same too "Hey guys it's genericminecraftnamehere and I'm playing blah blah balh!" it's getting old and i love AH's LP's even the non MC ones

I don't think it's getting over saturated because a lot of the people that start with MC videos just usually move on to other games in different genres. I don't even mind that a few only do Minecraft and make a thousand videos in the space of a year. There are many who have stayed consistently funny.

I don't watch Minecraft gameplays or let's plays on YouTube, because they're too generic and they are all the same. I watch let's plays of other games, but not about Minecraft.

I love watching Minecraft Youtubers play Minecraft! Most of them make the game look really entertaining, which gives me motivation to play. There's a lot of famous ones that I typically like to watch, such as Docm77 and Ethoslab.

I used to watch a lot of Minecraft on Youtube a year ago, but recently it's just too oversaturated with young children and people who only want fame and money from Minecraft, and it's the easiest way to get fame on Youtube. It's way too oversaturated right now, and there are way too many videos and channels that are trying to worship and be Skydoesminecraft or Antvenom. I really thought Minecraft would've been a great addition to the gaming Youtube community, but I didn't want this to happen, where there's 4 Minecraft channels out of every 10.

I think the Minecraft let's play field is beyond saturated. I see new let's plays being made every day, nearly by the hour. Heck, I've even dabbled in it. But good luck finding viewers. I do mine mainly as a hobby, and then sparingly. It gets a new episode once a few months, when I have the chance to be alone long enough to talk into a microphone.

As for my favorites, I mostly watch people from the Mindcrack server. My favorites are:

    • EthosLab - I'm a redstone fan, and he's all about redstone. I learn so much from his stuff. It's very intellectually stimulating.
    • VintageBeef - I go to his videos for aesthetics. He builds well. I also really like his personality. There's something about him that made me sub to him right off the bat.
    • Pakratt0013 - one of the lesser known Mindcrackers. I don't so much watch his YouTube videos as much as I hang out on his Twitch.tv channel. He's wicked smart, and also hilarious.

I used to watch the Yogscast when it was still new, but besides that I haven't watched any Minecraft videos and so I wouldn't know.

I don't watch them regularly. I think it is good for players to share their thoughts on games like this and their creations though. I really only watch when I am truly bored and am looking for things to do I haven't thought of yet. I will always run across something I haven't tried or even thought of.

Yeah I used to like yogscast but they've gone really stale now. Nearly every new gamer is a bloody minecraft player. That's why I don't watch minecraft videos anymore.

Captain Sparklez is a good one to watch if you need to see what to do or if you're bored. For Minecraft videos I don't think it gets any better than Drunk Minecraft with Markiplier. They sit at home and three of them on webcam get drunk and play games on a closed server. If you ever get the chance look up Latin's wrath. That's my all time favorite video from that series. It's especially fun to watch if you're drinking too and take a shot or something every time one of them do.

My go-to Youtube channel for Minecraft videos is always the Yogscast.
They have so many different series going on that there's something for everyone.
