    Darkbringer, please explain for us what is idiotic about this picture.
    How I understood it, is that if people like the picture, they want to punch the camera-man, which you think is idiotic because the picture is obviously fake, as the situation is under control, and the little girl is just pretending to be scared? And you think that it is stupid by The People Of Facebook to give it 40K likes because they are too stupid to understand that it is fake. Is that what you're saying? :confused:

    I think you missed the point of it. The point is that the situation is portrayed on facebook, like it says in the link you put there*, like he is a wealthy white cameraman who wants to earn some money off of the girl's misery.
    That's what I think is BS.
    Firstly, a lot of people don't know the backstory. That and them not having the brains to figure out that the re-enactment (Which they still think is live) would take 2 cameramen to make.
    And still they want to punch the cameraman who died trying to rescue the girl?
    Say what you want about my anti-facebook politics, but don't call me insanely idiotic. You don't know me.
    * A photo appears to show a child being attacked by a large snake as a cameraman stands by and films without assisting the victim. Some versions of the photo include the National Geographic

    I'm not sure if I made myself clear now, because I obviously didn't do so to start with.

    Darkbringer, I'm quite sure your initial point was that you wanted to punch the cameraman as well because you thought the re-enactment was real (hence your initial "How insanely idioticly stupid is this shit? ( I hope I don't have to explain what's wrong with this)" remarks).

    Skaara, there is no debate. Being direct and brutally honest has got nothing to do with not being (un)wise. I have already proven in another topic that you very much lack the wisdom needed to be critical of all aspects of religion, even your own. Want to continue making ignorant claims?     Be sure all you want, but it wasn't. I was directly referring to people wanting to punch a guy from a picture shown completely out of context AND not even recognizing the fact that if the picture was real, it would still take 2 cameramen to film it.

    I'm just annoyed by the general ignorance showed by most of the facebook people.
