    Yes! I know the answer! It has to be sand or gravel or something like that! :D
    Sand-castles. Sand + wind digs out the most, even stone and mountains. Sand-blizzards makes you blind. Uhm, glass (glasses) is/are made out of sand? :D

    Couldn't really come up with anything else that would die by water. Although I found the 'food' part pretty odd. I mean, a slice of bread with cheese would probably burn, but I would use anything else than food. Maybe wood.
    A beetle of some sort?
    Four wings, as they open their shell of two wings to reveal the wings beneath there again, which gives them four wings.
    Never laugh and never cry, of course not.
    Perhaps a particular beetle? That one you always find in animal's waste. Those who toils away with a huge ball of animal waste. .... I don't know, wild guess xD

    Wind turbine is close enough: a windmill. Um, not too sure what the never laugh/never cry thing was.... :/ Anyway, 29 bullets to Komodo! You really have a skill for riddles!

    Makea rainbow cut then on the otherside make another rainbow cut overlaping the previos cut. The n cut the cake horizontaly so that it overlaps both of the rainbow cuts verticaly in the center.
