I grinned at the response of my 'team mates' and decided it would be fun, atleast. "Let's do this then. When do we start?"

*I lokked at the guys with a grateful expression in my face*

'thanx guys, it means a lot to me. right, as Benji said, let's get our staff together and meet up in an hour, so we can go through it all and see if anything else is needed before we set of, and also, we can have a look at the map as well and decide were to go first. last info I had on him was that he was moving towards Tsvetnoy Bulvar, but that info is nearly two weeks old' with that I stood up and headed towards my friend's place to collect my gear.

'Tsvetnoi Bulvar...' I thought to myself. I believed it would be problematic to get there, but I waited with letting the group know of it until an hour later. "Very well, Zhenya. If you happen to change your mind, it is still not too late to withdraw your participation", I said as I gave him a friendly smile. After that, I made my way to the tent, got a hold of my equippment, then made my way to the area where Zhenya had suggested to go for a repair of weaponary. The craftsman de-jammed Boris' old revolver, and lubricated and caused great maintenance of the rest of my weapons.

Meanwhile, I stopped when I saw a homeless poor man sitting on the ground, asking me for money. I slowly bendt my knees and eventually was very close to the man on the ground, facing him, staring down into his eyes. "They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. What do you see in my eyes?", I asked passionately with my typical deep voice that almost made the ground and walls shake like a powerfull bass. "I, I, I see a merciful, sharing and caring person", he answered in a begging way. I knew that he was lying to make me hand him some currency, but I did it anyway. I carefully placed his left palm in my left palm as I dug out a whole fist of military grade bullets from my beltpouch. I cautiously placed them in his open palm before I closed his hand with help from my right hand, as if I was giving him a valuable and precious treasure that he had to keep secret from people who would want steal it. As this happened, I could see how his eyes lit up like a powerful light as he could feel how many bullets I was placing in his hand. He nervously and eagerly nodded repeatedly and smiled, repeating "sposiba, sposiba!".

I left the room and returned to the tent were I collected my gear before returning to the meet up point. I would not be easy to find one particular Nazi in the metro but I trusted Odessa's info. Besides killing any Nazi would be a service to the metro.

I'm surprised that no one has written even one post since I left for the camping trip :p

As I walked around the market, waiting for the gunsmith to finish the preparation of my weapons, I found that the markets only had whatever I already had a load of in my backpack from before. Gas masks, filters, knives, medkits, canned food, dry bread, water, some guns here and there, etcetera. Then, my eyes were suddenly focused on something hanging in a stall. A sweater. I walked over and felt it with my fingers. I put it over my little black T-shirt. It was a little long, and the fabric was incredibly thick, yet the figure of the sweater was firm and slender, sitting tightly against my whole upper body. The hood was thick. It was an extraordinary black 'Hoodie'. The fabric was also surprisingly soft. It felt like a brand new professionally crafted cloth.

"Hey! You try, you buy!" a man, who seemed to be the owner of the stall, suddenly said angrily to me. "have you crafted this fine piece of cloth, my sir?" I asked gently, attempting to not provoke him even more. "Errrh, yes, yes", he answered as if it was not much of a big deal. "How many bullets will I have to give you for this?", I asked. I was expecting a high prize. He leaned his arms on the counter and looked at me with two eyes that seemed to be scanning me. "Thirty bullets", he said with a characteristic and suspicious face expression. "Thirty?", I asked surprised. "Here, have fifty, my good man", I said as I handed them to him. He seemed a little surprised, yet still suspicious. "Ah, thank you", he muttered as I left.

I retreived my weapons and handed the man one hundred bullets for the work. I felt a little careless about my supreme use of bullets. I did not know wether it was because I believed that we would become in possession of more bullets when taking down Glock, or if it was that I believed that I would die on my way there. Soon, I would find out. It didn't take long before I was back in the tent. I changed back to the grey camouflaged suit and my thick, long, dark brown leathercoat, placed the katana in its holster on my back, then the backpack with the HKG36K on the side of it, and at last the belt around the coat with the tranquilizer in it and Boris' revolver.

Finally, I arrived at the bar. I sat down beside Dimitri and waited.

It felt good to be encased in my clothes and armor once again. As it should it gave me a sense of security at all times. I ordered a drink as Benjamin sat down beside me. And so we waited patiently for the rest if the group to get ready before we started our new mission. "This, Glock character sounds like a real douche don't you think" I threw out randomly. I guess to Benji as no one else was there.

"One of that for me too, please", I said to the bartender. I had to corner a smile when Dima called Glock a douche. "Well, yes, he does sound like the type that one would not want to get involved with. He will probably be heavily guarded, but, well.... We have been through a lot, have we not?", I replied.

After the shooting in the hospital, I went down the main street, looking for Pepsi or Pepishka or what his name was. After quite a while of searching and bumping into others, I found his shop, in a surprisingly good shape. I glanced at him with a guilty expression, to let him know I wasn't happy about it either. "Look, I gotta leave before time. Could you, eh, speed up the process a bit?" I asked. He didn't answer me, but went to pick up my rifle and started doing his magic. I sat there for around 30 minutes, before I found out I should probably get him some water. I was also getting quite thirsty myself, so I went down to the lokal "shawarma"-shop, and bought 2 pita kebabs and 2 glasses of relatively clean water, before heading back to Pepsi. When I got back, he had almost finished the work, and was obviously delighted by the sight of the water and food. "Thank you" he mumbled, when he had gulped down all the water. "No bother", I said, a slight smile on my lips. Nothing quite like opposing people's prejudice. He probably expected me to be all impatient and just watch him.

After he was done, I walked down to the others, with a big smile on my face. I was happy, and I had no idea why. I started humming "Always look on the bright side of life", as I sat down by the others at the bar. I looked over at Benjamin, and saw that he had got himself a hoodie. "Ah, welcome to the hoodie club, always looking for new recruits!". I didn't know why I was happy, but I thought it might have been caused by an accept of the death, that seemed almost certain now.

Before Dima had his chance to answer, if he had planned to answer at all, Darkbringer cheerfully strolled over, singing on a joyful tune. I pulled a smile at what he said when he arrived. "I am honored to be a part of the hoodie-club", I replied with a chuckle as I stuffed the sweater back into my backpack.

Darkbringers happiness seemed to pass on to me as I suddenly a bit of joy rise from my core. It had been a while since I was this joyful and I had forgotten how good it felt. "bring the whole bottle" I yelled to the bartender. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to drink before a mission but at the moment I just didn't care.

As Darkbringer's joy spreaded to Dima, I could not help it to let each corner of my mouth stretch back to each of my ears as Dima yelled for a whole bottle. The bartender hurried over with a whole bottle and some glasses stabled on each other. "This one is on me, fellows", I said as I handed the bartender the cost of the bottle pluss some tips. I poured the bottle's contents into three glasses and shared them out. "For....", I said as I raised my glass and looked out into the air in a thoughtful way. "..love", I finished before I washed down the whole little glass.

I wandered gloomily among the stalls of the station pondering of the mission. The idea of trying to sneak past a fanatic army of fascists, to kill their leader, and then sneak out again. and preferably in one piece. Not my idea of fun, exactly.
Nothing in the stalls caught my eyes until I came to one where they sold different combat equipment and clothes. On a rotten table amidst gloves and caps and what else lay a pair of oddly looking underpants with a small cardboard sign scribbled on with charcoal; "anti-shrapnel kevlar shorts".
Examining them closer, I found that it also had a cup of metal for somewhat ballistic and blunt protection. "Only 130 bullets my friend" said the shopkeep, a fat greasy-looking fellow, with a grin when he saw me looking at them. What an utterly idiotic thing to buy, I thought at first, shaking my head. Then again, if I am to die I might as well do it with the family jewels intact.
    "I'll give you a 100 bullets nothing M-more." I bartered.
Grunting disapprovingly the shopkeeper agreed and I handed over the bullets.

Somewhat light-headed after spending so many bullets on something that could turn out totally useless. I went to the bar where I found Benji and some of the others apparently in high spirits toasting and laughing.

"For love!" I cheered after Benji chugging down my glass and promptly pouring a new one. I hope this isn't my last drink before the end. When ever that end may come.

"Despite our current spike of joy, let us be wary and not drink too much, friends. The road to Tsvetnoi Bulvar will be long enough for us to have another chance to get drunk before we arrive there", I said as I turned my empty cup upside down as a sign of that I did not want any more. One shot was enough for me at that moment.

edited today, 3/10/2012, Wednesday, at 13:25 BST due to misspelling, sorry!

*I arrived at the bar where some of the guys were waiting. I had changed into my travel gear and had all my stuff with me. Jet had a new collar in her and I had made sure the artifacts inside her were in working order, so she wouldn't get lost or suffer heavy damage. putting my gear on the floor I order a coffee and sat down*

'so, are we ready? I know that getting to Tsvetnoi won't be easy, is not only nazis we need to worry about, but bandits and god knows which mutties, but I know we can make it. halfway through there is a little service tunnel, and one of my informers, a hermit, usually lives there. I think I can get some info from him, he's partial to good vodka. it's about two days march from here. I'm afraid no more trains until we complete this little outing' I said with a smile, sipping my coffee and lighting up a smoke.

I left the group for a few hours to meditate. It would be a few good hours, but I knew that they'd find me in our room. I waited as I dreamt of the surface, before the war.

The warm breeze, the green grass, the clear water, the blue skies, the bright dawn... All of it, now lost from the nuclear fallout... What have we become?

We are still missing Vladimir, Pyotr and the doctor Zhenya", I said as I could see Sergei approaching us.
I took out a quite large map of the metro and rolled it out onto the table. I suddenly felt stupid. How had I not seen this earlier?
At first I had thought we would have to go through stations with several different dangers, then the red line, then through the Fourth Reich's main station to get to Tsvetnoi Bulvar. But when I looked closer at the map, I realized that we could simply just use the Hansa's ring to get there. Or, so I thought.
"But, Odessa, can we not just simply use the Hansa ring to quickly take a train there?", I asked. ".... Or is that part of the ring closed down to protect an easy entrance to the Fourth Reich?", I asked. I was suddenly a little confused, as nothing seemed to make sense.

*I looked at the map and then at Benji*

'we could, but we are three days late. Hanza's got a lockdown between here and Novoslobodskaya, due to a stuck train in the tunnel, supposdley. although according to some sources the truth is that it is locked due to the nazis being a pain again. I tried to bribe our way there, but it's a no-go, sorry guys. the only way to get to our destination is going down to Sukharesvkaya, and then taking the service tunnels conecting both stations' I had another sip of my coffee and look around, waiting for the rest of the guys to show up

'or we could make our way through the lockdown, regardless, but the last thing I would like is to be on bad terms with the Hanza. got enough with the nazis going after my rear, don't need anyone else. wouldn't you agree guys?' had another puff of my smoke and leaned back on my chair.

"Keeping the Hansa an ally would be a wise move, indeed. You say there are service tunnels from Sukharevskaya? Where might they lead, if I may ask?", I asked. I looked at the map, noticing the sign of possible mental danger in the tunnel between Prospekt Mira and Sukharevskaya, and multiple dangers in Sukharevskaya. After all, it was just a transit station.
