Can we retcon it so that didn't happen? Or are we going forward with a nazi kicking in the door and starting to shoot at us? Odessa, what's behind the door (is it a metro tunnel or more service passages)? Also, does dakhsinol need more stalling for RL?

We are in a locked room inside a service tunnel that the Nazis would never walk through, Stalker. They don't just "spawn" anywhere and everywhere. We're voiding the nazi.

 

Er stalker, first you said tulskaya got taken over by the Fascists, and now mutants killed everyone? Make sense, for heavens sake.

 

For everyone's convenience, just continue on without me. I'll be posting here as best as I can, about how Pyotr's going to catch up with you and all, but I won't be with you guys until I'm with you. So don't wait for me. I'll try to post tonight.

 

wow TheStalker, slow it down there! we are in a secure place, with both entrance/exits sealed. there is no way anyone would have been able to get in without some effort, and without us hearing anything, specially Jet. don't forget she's a mutant cat, whose senses are more developed than ours. and for the time being, we are regrouping and resting after the fracas on the surface. we'll have time for more action and firefights later on. you agree with me on this one guys? Lux, behind the door there is a short service tunnel leading to the main tunnel towards Dimitrovskaya.

*when the scientist first said that nazis had taken over Tul'skaya and killed everyone, it surprised me and thought Glock might be behind it, but it did sound a bit strange since they always left people alive to use them as slaves. and now he was saying mutties had invaded the station and everyone was dead because of that and not the nazis. however, we would have heard about it while in Prospekt Mira. I had a few contacts there in the military, top brass, and no-one had utterd a word about anything happening in Tul'skaya, hell, the head-honcho at Prospekt was one of my most trusted contacts! I was starting to get a headache, so, taking out the 'cough syrup' bottle I'd offered Benji earlier, I had a sip, pulled a face and lit up another smoke*

'wow, hold on a second, was it mutties or was it nazis? and nazis don't just kill everyone, they always keep people alive as their slaves. you are not making any sense 'buddy' and I can't say I trust you an inch. right now I would rather trust a nosie' I said to the scientist with a hard look on my face.

*I was about to add that he wasn't part of the group yet and it would be a majority decision whether we let him join us or not, and whether to go to Tul'skaya afterwards when Benji got there before me. I had also seen Benji giving me a side glance and a friendly smirk when he saw me pulling a face from the syrup*

'also works as anti-headache you know?' I said to Benji with a smile and nodded in agreement as to what he'd just said to the scientist.

Thats not really assuming on our part.

 

Fascists = The Reich = Nazis = Hitler. Unless TheStalker means that Hitler is a person in the metro who somehow made the mutants attack Tul'skaya?

There shouldn't be a plot at this point. You aren't the plot provider, this is Odessa's mission and she provides the plot. She is basically the GM right now. I think its okay to do what aaron is doing, because Im presuming he'll be running into the main group again at some point. Anything that disrupts the RPing, like bringing up a multitude of side missions that derail the main one, shouldn't be going on.

 

*I hadn't heard a valid answer from the scientist yet, and I was starting to get annoyed, and that was never good. Jet slept peacefully by my side, her head on my knees, her ears alert, as always. I took some food from my rucksack and put it in a small metal pot I had with me. with the little wooden spoon I kept for cooking I poured the contents in the pot with some water and waited for it to start boiling*

'don't get excited guys, is just dry pork stew with mushrooms, nothing fancy. I need to eat and rest for a while before continuing, like we all do. this is a safe place, but still, I would like to have someone keeping guard for the night, on shifts of about two and a half hours each, so we can all get a few hours sleep? I'll take the first shift after eating if you guys agree, and tomorrow, once we are all rested, we keep on going. It won't be easy going, so if anyone wants to pull out, now is the time.'

 

"If it is okay ill go second" I proclaimed. Not sure what the reactuon would be.

 

We were going to rest in the room and i couldnt argue about that. I personally wasnt very tired since i didnt do anything too crazt on the surface. "I aint really that tired, ill stay up for guard and you guys can go to rest. Or ill just tag along with whoever is on guard." all the adrenaline from the firefight made me wide awake. I havent been in a real firefight for around 3 years. I had small encounters with a lurker or a watcher while on my travels, but i was usually with other people. Today, we were charged with a pack of mutants. Havent seen that in a long while.

"Odessa, if you dont mind can you make some coffee. Just in case i do get a little sleepy." i asked her. I dont know why but i wasnt willing to abandon this mission. Something was pulling me into this quest. Making me want to do it. I dont know what it was , but it was the reason why i stayed.

After Odessa's reply i got up and took a good look around the room. It was a rectangular room, not too big, nor small. It was a concrete interior and really dark. But after a few minutes in the dark my eyes began to adjust. Inside the room, next to one of the walls, was some sort of machine. with pipes coming outa them and going up into the ceiling. In the back of the room was the small opening about 6 feet about the floor. Which lead into the pipe that went into the sewere, where we came from. On the other side of the room was a door. I approached it and readied my rifle. And continued to open it.

It was a service tunnel. And it was quite bright, compared to the room. It had a faint glow of a light bluish color. Which lighened the mood. The left side was completely collapsed, with rubble and boxes covering the exit. To the right was a long tunnel. It was suprisingly warm. And so i protested to keep the door open, to stay warm.

I came back into the room and sat against the wall. And put my bag and rifle next to me. I unrolled my long sleeves to full length and scratched my neck. And zipped my coat up a bit more.

 

I picked up my bag from the car trunk and trudged Moscow. The dead city was dark and damp now, with the rain falling. Acidic and dangerous, I kept to the shadows, silent as a the darkness that covered me. Keeping close to the walls, I made sure I was alone and the timer on my analog watch was set to my filter's life. 10:13

Ten minutes. Good enough.

I continued to traverse the hostile land in silence, with my only companions being the conscience that I keep and the guns in my hands. Wherever Benjamin and the others are, i'll surely find them but right now I needed to...

Wait, what was that?

I stopped dead in my tracks and turned up to the sky. The rain had stopped.

Can anyone tell me your locations?

 

If Pyotr went back to the service hole which was just a few meters away from where he got separated from the group, walked down along the sewer pipe in the bottom of the manhole, then climbed up a ladder to a little room which is locked, he'd find the group.

We had suddenly decided to stay in the room for the night. I found this quite unnecessary, as we had just left Prospekt Mira the same day, where we had gotten real sleep and real food. Nevertheless, I did not mention it. Some members of the group seemed tired and hungry, and we needed everyone prepared and ready, so it would be best to stay there for the night anyway. I could feel the incense already beginning to work on my nerves. I was slowly but surely calming down and feeling relaxed by the smell of the incense. I felt like my body was absorbing every particle from the smoke caused by the precious herbs. That was something one could never get one's hands on in the Metro.

"I suggest you give us a closer briefing about Tul'skaya", I said, looking at the Daredevil.

 

What sort of weapons does everybody have? Need to know so we can "divide up" the ammo stockpile.

I went back to organizing the piles of ammunition as Odessa announced that we would be staying here for the night. That was fine with me; even though I had been sleeping just a few hours before, I could still feel the lack of energy from being tired dragging me down. Zhenya (Grigori doesnt know your name, but I cant remember phys description) opened up the door, which made me nervous for a moment. Even with the heat coming in from down that tunnel, it was still dangerous. "No telling what could be down there." I muttered to myself, putting all of the AK rounds in 6 piles. One round for Odessa, one for Dark, one for Benjamin, one for Zhenya, one for the big guy, and one for me. Repeat.
