    Will the season pass give us whichever preorder weapons we didn't already have? I mean, I don't think I'll ever _use_ the RPK-74, but still...

    Yeah, this content wasn't cut from the game. It wouldn't even fit well in the main game to be honest, but it's still Metro and more of 4A's ideas come to reality :).

    I actually did look into the idea of including Ranger Mode in this (just to have all DLC in the Season Pass), but then you also run into the problem that anyone who has just spent $5 on it -- with a Nvidia bundle or a post-release copy on Steam -- will feel cheated. It would also only be something we could do on PC but not on all consoles, and then console users would feel cheated. So it's an idea that was raised here as well, but not as easy as it might initially look like when you have to keep all different kinds of players in mind.

    You can't please everyone when these situations arise but I guess Deep Silver need to cover all bases and potential implications and costs.
    DICE also did the same with BF3 and included Back to Karkand as a Pre-order bonus only to include it with their Season Pass. Because the Season
    Pass still offered value for money even after people bought the Back to Karkand standalone DLC or had it included as part of the pre-order purchase
    the majority of people just let it go.

    At least this shows Deep Silver are considering all avenues, so Kudos for that!

    Any estimates as to when the first playable DLC will drop? $15 is great, and I already purchased.
