    In England I don't think any records were broken, we just had some extreme weather that hasn't been seen in a few decades. I think it's just a load of BS and the world is going through some natural process.

    well the giant hole in the ozone layer above the north pole is not a "natural process"

    It happens naturally anyway. We're just speeding it up. The world will warm up by about 3 degrees C causing all the ice to melt, then some shit happens reducing oxygen, a bacteria that lives in silt will surface n the oceans, poisons they produce will kill us, we all die. A new age dawns. Been happening all throughout history. + I don't really care anyway because we will be dead before we see this happen, even if we do speed it up.

    Well, not caring about it just because you won't be there to experience it is a very selfish way of looking at things. :p Nevertheless, I admire your honesty about that.

    Indeed it is.
    And to be honest,it is just what the generations from the '40s up to the '60s have done. Just consuming nonstop like crazy...."Who cares,our sons and grandchildren will have to deal with that!".

    I hope all of you try to use the car as seldom as possible.And stuff like that.

    We had some more snow this night, but it actually rained today, so everything was just slushy on my way back home :l

    When I said I don't care anyway I meant that the extinction of the human race is inevitable and I don't care because we'll already be dead by the time it happens.

    I didn't mean I don't care about our planet and the impact we're having on it.

    I do. I never litter (I actually bug all of my teenage friends about littering so much, when they do it, that they get sick of it), I use public transport instead of cars (besides, my family can't afford a car) and I always recycle. I hope yous do the same, but I know that most people don't. :(

    I recycle both for the environment, but most definately for my wallet as well. I mean, 3dkk extra as deposit for a 1,5 litre plastic bottle. And still, some people throw it away. I mean, they hurt the environment, WHILE losing their 3dkk deposit, that they actually paid when they got the bottle? Outrageous.

    I recycle and haven't been in our family car for weeks. Parents use it for work and because we only have one shop in our village they use it to go into the town as well.
    One person trying to carry a weeks worth of shopping for a family of six from the shops to the bus station and then from the bus stop to home isn't going to end well.

    England is very unpredictable when it comes to snow. I'm guessing we'll have it towards the end of this month.
