STALKER 2 NOT cancelled

oh well i guess i wil srick with last light and fallout 4

 

So,now,the only post-apocalyptic game left...good one that is,is Metro Last Light.And Fallout.I'm gonna miss S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

 

Wow this sucks ass. It really does. I was pumped for STALKER 2. They should at least give the title rights to another developer. Say dice or something? They can make a good game, and we would be able to see STALKER 2.

 

The trouble is that the rights holder of the Stalker IP, the former CEO of GSC is holding onto the IP.

 

Wasn't canceld because GSC and the investor couldn't agree on ownership of the IP?
Even so those buggers need to stop play around and get it sorted up or they risk the wrath of hundreds and thousands!? of fans.

Yeah, it sounds like it's been cancelled again..... But this new game might be good...

Meh i hopped for Stalker 2. I hate how it is all about money this days. It would have been a great game as far as i saw the alpha version of it. Well i hope if Survarium will be sucessful and the dev team gets more funding they will eventioly get back and finish the damm game wich i waited for years. For now all my hopes goes to Meto last light, but as i heard they are having some money poblems to...PLZ GOD help Last Light see the day light (ok that sounded wierd, but if Last Light is cancelled then post-apocalyptic genre will get a fatal hit lower the line

 

What alpha version?
There is alot of talk on the russian forums about the whole situation.Stalker 2 is not dead,it's just frozen.Funding and finding publisher were never an issue,it's just that Sergey wasn't happy with the direction the game is taking.He wanted more polished product,not something by the numbers.Most of all he wanted the stalker game we all want too.
Now,you all know that the members who gave us SoC left GSC long time ago and formed a company,known by the name 4A Games
So,i'm guessing Sergey is just making up his mind right now,deciding what he wants and how he is going to achieve it.There is alot of talk about putting together a new team to work on Stalker 2.
Time will tell.

Oh,and there is another post-apocalyptic game coming our way next year called "New Union".

well it is really dificult situation now for Stalker 2. Some says it is being made others says it is dead because of capitalists pigs ( jk jk ) and the thirds dont even give a sh@t about russians (this time Ukrain) games.
