Currently watching The Dark Knight. Damn I love the Joker, he is truly a psycho :lol:
The way he is introduced is also epic. I mean, seriously, first thing you see he makes a magic trick involving bashing a fucking pen in a man's head :lol:

 

I watched yesterday Life of a Pi. It was better than i expected, still got bored at some points tho.

 

I just watched the pirates of the Caribbean trilogy.

Pretty awesome flick, wasn't expecting a character movie out of a one piece film, so that was a pleasant surprise. The fight scenes are AMAZING, and it's a great length. Wish they could have made it cannon, so it could affect the actual series.

I just sat down in the couch in the living room, KillBill was on TV. I'm gonna say this straight out:
This is the worst motherfucking piece of shit I've ever seen in my whole damn life. I'm angry to see that bullshit like this even exists.
The blood was spraying like fountains with a thousand lbs out of everywhere on the bodies of the hundreds of japanese guys dying. It's one woman who struggles to fight some other girl with a medieval sling, then after that, she kills a hundred freaking men who all chops after her with their swords. Some of them -also- uses the medieval sling with the same skills as the difficult girl, yet they get their heads, arms, feet, cut off their body with fountains of blood, they even get chopped in half vertically. To top it off, they add the most stupid comical music in the background.

Please, I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

WHAT?! YOU DIDN"T LIKE KILL BILL? What is wrong with you? First of all, Quentin Tarantino purposely made this movie to commemorate the popular cheesy martial arts, spaghetti western, grindhouse, and rape and revenge movies that he and a entire generation(s) of people grew up watching. Second, from what I understand, your argument is that Kill Bill was unrealistic. You can't go by this and dislike any movie that is unrealistic, because then there wouldn't be any movies left except documentaries.. You might as well go to a press conference and sit down to watch them argue their hearts out for a couple of hours with a tub of popcorn on your lap if you want realism. I might seem over protective about this movie (I make it seem like it's the best movie in the world, which it's not), but I'm just trying to say is to leave your brain at the door and enjoy the movie!

They’re a lot of movies that a way worse than kill bill. To name a couple: Never ever watch "Bleak Future," that movie is shit... and if you want to watch a movie that is a real as it could get, watch "Seriana," that movie will bore you to death... Trust me.

I'm not sure if you follow the work of Robert Rodriguez (he is a friend of Tarantino, and worked with him on sevreal movies), but his movies are ten times cheesier than any of that of Tarantino's. These are only a few of his movies: Watch Machete, Planet Terror, and El Marachi. <Cheesy as hell slathered in cheese.

 

So you're saying that it, in a way, is a parody? Well, that justifies it a bit I guess. I don't really watch movies to watch parodies, though...

 

Sort of, but not really. It's more like an attempt on bringing back an era of movies. When I think of parody I think more of movies like "Austin Powers." But I see how this can be considered a parody.

 

Pretty much, I found the movie just.... meaningless, pointless, reckless. It told no good story, it contained a ton of bullsh*#. I don't want some video bringing up all the fu*#ed up things done in other movies, compiled into one fu*#ed up movie.

Haa ha ha.... well when put in those words, I can see why nobody would wan't to watch a movie of that genre again! Was it at least one of those days when you had absolutely nothing to do and you start flipping through channles and you stubble upon something crappy but watch it anyway? That's what I do on Late Saturday nights, when they show old horror movies from the 60s and 70s.

 

Well, I must admit that I possibly over-reacted. I had just been at a party with 40 people in a tiny house for about four hours. Although it was pleasant and fun, there was a lot of noise, and I'm not used to being with a lot of people like that. I guess I was already a little aggitated and stressed, so when I came in the door and saw that movie on TV..... that just hit the spot :lol:
(Still think the movie is horrible though).

 

Dawn Of The Dead..... Wasn't too bad, but nothing to get hyped over. I prefer The Walking Dead over that movie. But, well, that movie was better than having to listen to my teacher babbling on and on.... Thehheh, Netflix @school ftw!
