Watched the new "Hercules" at the cinema today. Not the best I've seen, but it was still very good. A decent (But discoverable and maybe a little clichè) plot-twist in the main story. The story was good, but nothing spectacular. The fighting was cool, but as always, the screen switched way too much from camera-angle to camera-angle, not letting us properly see almost any moves. The movie Timeline, for example, did that part extraordinarily well.

6/10. I've usually given movies at least 7/10, and I would do that with this movie too, but I've come to realize that 10/10 wouldn't be worth much if almost every other movie got 7/10 or more. 6/10 is pretty good.

The Godfather, it is the best film I have ever seen, Marlon Brando is the best actor I've ever seen, Al Pacino was amazing, it hasn't aged at all, it's just amazing

Started on the series "Vikings". Only two minutes into the first episode, and I am very impressed. Decent animations, correct weaponry and language, very good fighting scenes where, although the camera-angle moves quite often, you still catch every move in a 1v1 fight, and you understand where every blow lands and how it's blocked. Looking forward to watching more of this series :)

I'm also on episode 4 in season one of Prison Break. Seems very good so far with very good plot-twist. They make you think you've actually understood the plot-twist, but the truth is that there's actually a double-plot-twist. It's brilliant. You'd think a series about someone in prison would be boring, but it's very exciting actually.

Bronson and Sharknado. Surprisingly, I like the movies the same; none of which were bad by the way. Bronson was cool cause it had to do with prison and Sharknado was...it was good o_O

Really, I've like all the movies I watched to where I wouldn't mind watching them again, except for a selected few where I could not bear watching more than a minute of.

These are the movies I hate:
    Syriana
    The Spirit
    Scanners
    Bleak Future

The Scoop. A modern-day murder mystery with a bit of comedy. It also has Hugh Jackman in it. I'm sure if somebody here enjoys Hugh Jackman movies, they would likie this one because it has Hugh Jackman. *cough cough*

About Gladiator, I see the way the phoney-ass emperor sets up the 100 days of games to win over the masses, yet the spotlight is stolen by one of his subjects, causing his project to fail pretty miserably as a sort of euphemism for how Jesse Owen stole the spotlight at Hitler's 1936 Olympic Games. That might just be me, though.

Into episode four of Vikings now, it's only getting better and better. Great series, absolutely worth my time! I hope there'll be more than just two seasons. Also, just recently got myself season 4 of Game Of Thrones, looking forward to watching that as well. :)

I've been waiting a long time to watch this movie, and I've really wanted to watch it. It wasn't really as good as I hoped it'd be, nor as I'd expect it to be. The "Zombies" weren't really zombies like they are in The Walking Dead. They were more like crazy human mutants like those in "I Am Legend" with Will Smith. No apocalypse, only Hollywood action and Spec-ops scenes.

    300: Rise Of An Empire
Extremely exaggeratedly unnecessarily rediculously bloody and violent. The blood was so horribly animated, and it was squirting around everywhere all the time. Once you see a crow plucking out the eye of a Spartan and munching on it. I mean, why? Why? Sure, the movie had some cool moves and even the same slow-mo moments like the first 300 film is so famous for, but I don't need to see people getting swords shoved into their mouths, and the Greeks certainly don't have to be three people cooperating to stab one guy in every possible place with every possible weapon several times again and again. He's dead already, why won't you let him just fall on the floor so you can go get some other enemies instead?!

  20. It's symbolic. It's a piece of shorthand horror that sets the scene for the viewers without having to say a word or put up a placard, it's so convenient that everybody uses this.
