    I remember reading through a substantial amount of that guide before trying my last Fallout 2 playthrough. Tried just following its suggestions at the start to make a good character while still having a chance to explore the game for myself. Did horribly, didn't enjoy a minute of it. The guide seems to drastically overestimate my ability to take on multiple enemies with nothing but a 10mm pistol and a spear.

    Digital Fallout 2 Guide+Printer= Poor quality ghetto finish of a guide

    Official Fallout 2 Guide in physical form (original)= Quality product that you will enjoy.

    Even though I bought the guide, I sortta don't want to read it completely because it will possibly ruin my next play through; just like it happend to you, Potarto :sad:

    Bought a Tippmann TiPX pistol to use as my paintball side arm. Should arrive by Thursday. It better because the damned thing cost me $300!
