    The motherboard, optical drive & CPU cooler are already here but I'm waiting for a whole bunch of other parts to show up: CPU, SSD, HDD and PSU. I also bought the wrong type of RAM; they don't fit underneath my low profile CPU cooler, so I need low profile RAM. Return to sender.
    Had to import the case from eagleland and I'm expecting it by the end of next week. FedEx international economy does not come cheap...

    DDR NVA Helmet for 65 Bucks, Came with Cover, Unstampped for some reason, but it was in the shop with Genuine Summer Uniform, so its a strange one, seams original and also got a Bundeswehr Sweater! :D

    If you guys ever find a Bundeswehr Sweater in a shop, buy it! awesome things they are! :D

    i have two..! One has been dyed black. and i wear them a lot! i also have an east german paratrooper one, which are supposedly getting harder to find now. Plenty of british ones.. But in terms of warmth none of them come near the austrian army jumper i have - the wool on that is so thick and so densely knit it almost stands up by itself, and its almost waterproof!

    i havnt yet got round to buying an NVA helmet (or boots) although i do have both summer and winter strictarn uniforms, black two piece tankers uniform, and the fallschirmjäger two piece strichtarn uniform (minus the very rare vest!) So really really should buy a helmet too

    Ahh, Nice! I have yet to buy any form of NVA Uniform, Getting togeather a Bundeswehr Mil-Sim group with a Mate, and his mate, pricing up stuff atm!
    Gonna get my 1st Airsoft Gun! :D

    Nice! Its worth picking up at least one bit of NVA stuff - it still has that communist style chic (and smell!) at the moment there is still plenty of it about although prices are creeping up just a little, as it now has more collectors. Once its gone, its gone...!

    Sooo, I've been staring at that jacket for a while and drooled, so I eventually noticed that there was something wrong with the pictures. The biggest picture, which showed the whole jacket, only showed eight pockets or so, while the other smaller pictures showed thousands of more smaller pockets, which definitely weren't there on the main picture. I sent an Email to the company about it, and also asked when they get it in storage. I got an automatic reply which said that I'd get a reply within five days. It has been four or five days now, and all I have noticed is that they deleted the jacket from their page, haha.

    So, a couple days ago, I bought the pants and the gloves, and this jacket. Not as badass as the previous one, but still very stylish :D

    Haha, You start to pick up on the Smell of Fabrics and storage after awhile collecting stuff, I love the smell of the 1st Uniform of the Soviet Winter Afghan Uniform, the Smell of Soviet Musty Storage! :D

    And yea, the prices are creeping up, in that shop where i got my helmet, 145nzd for the Uniform! o_O, guessing it was because of the market in NZ, Limited supply, Limited Demand :/

    Too right! i have a veshmeshok that no matter how much i air it out smells like its been used to carry mouldy potatoes for the last 20 years! Soviet surplus definately is the smelliest of all surplus, god knows how the Metro would smell in real life!

    Bought me a MayFlash N64 Controller Adapter for PC. It works great with most Project64 emulated games but I'm having trouble with Ocarina of Time. Link won't run when pressing the stick forward, back, left or right but he will run when pressing the stick in any diagonal direction. I'm not sure what causes this problem so if anyone could help me fix this, I'd be grateful.

    Go to cpntrol panel click on devices and printers find the controller and try to configure it. Hope this helps (ch ecked on goolge abd everyone has this problems)
