I really enjoy the Attack of the B-team modpack, but my favorite mod (which is included in the pack) would definitely be Witchery, there are so many things to do in it, and it's a lot more fun if you're playing on a server.

Tekkit is just an awesome modpack. It has a large variet and I really love using it.
