What difficulty level do you play on Minecraft?

Have you ever died on hardcore? If not, how long have you had your current world? Are you afraid to lose it?

 

Ha! Peaceful most of times. Minecraft is more fun when there's not a creeper waiting to kill you. Normal sometimes when I'm set up, having my iron sword enchanted with Sharpness 3 with some good diamond armor. And then I leave it at Hard for the rest of my world because once you're done everything, it's time to defend the castle you just built, preferably with a friend or two. So, my difficulty really ranges from everything, Peaceful to Hard. Hardcore? Died in three hours. Stupid skeleton and lava. Worst combination. Or maybe a dead end and a creeper.

 

I stay at Hard. If I ever play survival, I like the challenge of playing in Hard mode.

 

I always tend to play on the hardest difficulty settings. I do that on a lot of my games, you know, just to make the game more interesting. As for Minecraft, well, cranking up the difficulty is really, well difficult. But it's part of the fun though, enemies are more tough and when night falls you got to really hide your butt cause you don't want to get caught outside with a skeleton cause those guys will f*** you up.

 

I play on hard, I like a challenge when I do play single player.

 

When I play on survival, I choose the normal difficulty, otherwise peaceful, if on creative or just want to relax. When I play with my friends, we either play on easy or peaceful, so that we won't be bothered too much while having fun.

 

I like it to be challenging so I would choose hardcore but I never played it cause I quit Minecraft due to lag and such but I doubt that I would be back on though.

 

Normal for me too.

 

I play mainly on Normal difficulty. I usually die in hardcore mode after fighting a few mobs, it never works out well for me. Normal makes is that I can at least survive for a while. If I'm going to build something I'll play on peaceful I don't need enemies and food to ruin my creation.

 

I play at the hardest difficulty you can. I like a challenge in the games I play, so if there's an extremely hard difficulty, I'm gonna play it and test it out. When I play with friends, we normally just play on Normal though.

 

I usually play on hard, because mobs on normal difficulty are too easy. Playing on hard is a bit challenging, but good. I once used to play on easy difficulty when I started playing Minecraft for the first time.

 

I just keep it on hard mode. Easy and normal just feel too easy, and peaceful has no mobs spawning, so hard is definitely the best in my opinion.

 

I play Normal mode. I tried Hardcore mode and it's difficult to survive. I died on the first day because a creeper creep behind me and exploded.

 

I just play peaceful because I don't play minecraft to rage quit. I play to build and explore, getting blown up by creepers just frustrates me and doesn't make me happy. So peaceful is the way for me.

 

Always hardcore, but I always play on a private server with my friends so it isn't as hard as playing alone. That would just be suicide!

 

Just normal. I tend to just fire up the game once I got started so I don't really pay attention to the difficulty not unless I wanted to be challenged but for the most part I like it on normal.

 

I like to play on hard mode just for the challenge but sometimes its too much so I switch to normal or easy specially when I'm trying to build something and I don't want any spiders or skeletons messing around with me while I build.

 

I like playing on Hard difficulty, it's quite fun and challenging at the same time. Makes me much more careful when I'm building things compared to Normal difficulty.
