    Someone else already took mine.

I love the first night and first week of a new game where you are actually required to survive and scrap through. I like the panic of the first night to get away from all the scary monsters and stuff chasing after you to kill you. I love the feeling of that security from the one torch you were able to make, and looking forward to finding a scrap of food in the morning so you don't die. :)

The rest of the week is fun because you get to build your first shelter, which always is the best one.

The freedom, how easy it is to meet new people and make new friends. How easy it is for even the noobiest player to be able to raid the best player on a server. The game is a sandbox for you to do everything you want, and I love that. The crafting, the enchanting, everything is awesome.

What's most interesting is that with each passing week, or month even, something which was first thought to be impossible is shown to be not only possible, but 'easy' in terms of Minecraft. I mean, back when I originally started playing, no one could conceive that you'd be able to make playable games inside of Minecraft!

Freedom. Freedom is the best aspect. Never doubt the power of freedom.

My favorite aspect of Minecraft is the ability to do absolutely whatever you want to do, and there are no restrictions. Many games have restrictions on what you can do, but in Minecraft, you can do anything, you can build a roller coaster, go mining, go fight some mobs, the only end to what you can do is your creativity.

Mine is just to explore around the map. I prefer multiplayer though, because you can only explore so much before getting bored of it.

I enjoy the multiplayer aspect of Minecraft. PvP, Towny, Factions, Raiding are just some of the many multiplayer game modes that Minecraft can offer. You'll face some terrible communities, but some you love and will call home. This is mainly why I play Minecraft and this is my favorite aspect of Minecraft.

The story of it, in a way, working your way from the bottom with nothing to building your own mansion and having everything you can imagine, it;s a rewarding game no matter what you choose to do.

Very true actually. You wouldn't believe how much freedom in a game can change your perspective on the rest of the game. Hell, it can even change a horrible game into being something worth playing.

The fact that Minecraft is not trying to be the leading game of in the industry. It's its own thing and Minecraft benefits from that. Minecraft is simple and quirky not some realistic war simulator. That's why people like it. Everyone, everyone, when they saw Minecraft, they thought it was lame, boring, a kid's game. But, never judge a book by its cover and sooner or later, everyone started loving Minecraft? Why? Because below that surface of its game, you saw an intelligent game that treated you like you had a brain and you had to use it to create something you only saw in your dreams.

For me I love exploring and building the most. I like being able to enter the game and just roam around and see what I can find. I also love being able to be able to build whatever come to mind. It's great when you get an idea and see it come together in game.

My favorite aspect of Minecraft is easily the freedom. Nobody's there to tell you what to do, or to give you quests, or any of that garbage. You can build a base, slay monsters, slay villagers, build a base, whatever you want to do.

Survival is definitely one of my favorite things but I also do enjoy creative from time to time when I'm feeling bored of fighting of zom-zom's and hiding from creepers.

The building and the hunting for a place to stay is probably my favorite part. I just find it very enjoyable to just seek out the open world and just try and find your place and just build your base there. I also love how you have to really work hard just to really gather up materials to build your house, you literally have to dig deep in order for you to progress in the game.

My favorite aspect is hardcore survival. You have to be resourceful and quick on your toes. I love building but it can really get boring that is why I like to play on hardcore with more monsters mod! Makes minecraft more dog eat dog kind of playing.

I love doing a little bit of everything, whether that's survival, creative mode, or PvP. I like building and I like surviving against other people. I'm not picky by any means.

I love crafting. It's such a unique feature! Only with 9 blocks of space you can make a whole plethora of items! You just keep learning more as you play. When I began as a newbie, I had no idea how to craft anything!
