What is your favorite class/spec?

I've been playing a Ret Paladin since BC and have had a lot of fun with it. I like soloing old content so that's what really drew me to the Paladin class since it could do damage and heal at the same time. I do have a character for every class in the game but my Paladin still gets the most play time.

 

Holy Pally. I think this is by far the best class in the game. I have wanted to play shammy but never really got round to it. I do love the survival hunter as well when I want to do some damage instead of getting singled out all the time in PvP.

 

My favourite class/spec has to be Frost Mage. It's the first thing I started playing back in vanilla WoW, and even though the class has changed a lot over the years, it's still the one I like best. I also really enjoyed playing Holy Paladin back in the TBC/WotLK days, but I'm not a big fan of the class in its current form.

 

I've always liked being a druid. I often find myself switching specs each week, since there's so much variety.

 

My favourite character is: Bloodelf Holy Paladin.

 

My main, and favorite spec/class, is a protection warrior. This is a challenging spec/class, but I think one of the more effective ones if utilized properly. I’ve had this toon for about three years now and have really enjoyed leveling him up through the various expansions which have been released since then. I created him midway through Lich King and took a while to level him because of my work schedule and school schedule at the time.



I also have a DK blood that I’ve been working on currently and that would have to by my second favorite spec/class because of its versatility. I can stay in the same spec while soloing in addition to dungeon running and raid running. I don’t think this spec is as effective when it comes to PVPing because the damage output isn’t good enough to compete with other players of different specs and classes.

 

Shaman. SHOCKY SHOCKY MOTHA FUCKA.

 

I used to play Combat Rogue back in BC. I have no idea how the class changed since then, but if I would start playing again, I`ll probably go Rogue again or maybe DK, as they are both tank and dps.

 

I loved to play as a worlock.

 

Locks were really powerful back in the BC expansion. I think the only class that could beat a Warlock One-On-One was the Rogue, since that class had some crazy anti-magic abilities. Cloak of Shadows would essentially remove all DoTs from a Rogue and they were specifically designed to be Mage/Warlock destroyers.

 

I"ve gotten to the point where I'm now working on getting every healer. Unfortunately, WOW arena has gotten to a point where it's near impossible to have fun playing the weak healers compared to the strong ones. It's crazy how much easier and better rsham and rdruid are compared to the other heals.

 

I just love Retribution Paladin. But while leveling up, combination of Retribution and Protection talents is perfect for being durable, and dealing solid damage to NPCs. I've soloed so many instances with Paladin like that. Even Zul'Farrak. Though I had a hard time to loot that mob when the mass spawns. Did it on a third try.

 

Little update on this, but yea, 100% true. Finally got my Rdruid to a point where it can be competitive and it's actually stupid how much easier it is to push than it was on my Hpally. Basically just smashed my face on the keyboard and got 1850 with RMD. Took my Pally hundreds and hundreds of games to sniff that rating.

 

Ever since I started playing again as a new character, I've enjoyed being an undead character in the monk class. There's something about an undead monk that just seems to work well with my play style I guess.

 

That's a really, really old talent tree. Are you playing on a private server with an older version of WoW?
