    Peaceful, plain and simple. I like normal when I'm feeling frisky but most of the time I leave it on peaceful if I'm on a mission. I try hardcore every once in awhile but that just gets way too intense way too fast for me. The last few times I played hardcore I just kept dying within minutes of spawning and it wasn't very fun for me. The very last time I played I woke up to a herd of Endermen disassembling my house for no reason.

    Like most, I prefer survival. I'm not the most creative person there is, so creative isn't a huge draw to me, and I play to relax, so heck no to hardcore mode. Survival I can just mine deep into the ground and relax whilst I dig up diamonds gold, and redstone.

    My favorite mode is Hardcore Survival, it's just such a rush, every single attack can end your playthrough right then and there.

    I think survival is the most fun because you have to actually gather your resources...After a while, I treat it as creative though, but I go and collect everything, it just feels much more satisfying that way.

    Survival if I'm on a friend's server. I cannot see creative being used for a server, as everyone would have too much power and there would be no point. However, for experimenting I use creative.
