    Wolves, since to me they're the most useful. Second would be villagers, but unless you have a lucky seed it can be kind of hard to find a village.

    Spiders are my favorite and by favorite I mean want to just get rid off and set on fire. Although they're not really hard to kill but they jump all around and they're annoying!

    I personally love the creeper. The way it looks and what it does. It's just been my favorite mob ever since, and it's easy to kill. That's always a good side of a mob, easy to kill.

    My favorite is the Enderman, of course if you don't include mobs from mods. If you broaden the scope to all mobs from the mods I've used, then there can't be a definite answer, since most modded mobs are amazing and unique. The enderman has some special powers which make him harder to fight, and if you start at him directly he gets angry and makes a pretty disturbing noise that can distract you and unsettle you as you try to concentrate on fighting him.
