I would disagree with that thehamal. Nasus can go straight tank and insta kill anyone on your team while taking no damage. I think that is considered "overly stronger than the others."

It's a matter of counter-picks and team compositions really. If I had to generalize then I'd say Kassadin is probably the most "OP" currently. His insane mobility allows for him to follow up on almost any gank, proving also as an insanely good means of escape. His kit allows for him to snowball rather easily off a kill--even if denied farm early on, which almost always happens. His ap ratios are rather high also, he's just really good lol

Yep, Tryndamere gets pretty OP if he's fed. Also I like Sion and he can be very stron AP or AD. You can never know what to expect from him. I prefer heros that can stun, so I'm gonna' say Udyr is a very versatile fighter too, mainly because it's skills allow him to play in numerous ways.

As of right now, I think Kassadin is still the strongest champion in the game because of ridiculous ultimate. He also does a hell ton of damage but I have yet to see him in action in the newest patch so I can't say much.

Thank goodness Riven was nerfed in the recent patch; however, they did nothing to Kassadin but their playing with nerfs for him on the PBE so it'll probably come soon. Ziggs and Gragas (along with kass) are probably the strongest mid laners right now. Elise & Vi are very strong junglers, Lucian still very strong, with the nerfs to tank items I've yet to see how top laners have been affected.

There is no which champion is the strongest. It depends on the meta. Right now Mundo and Shyv top lane are the strongest because of the buffs and changes they made to them. If you don't stop Mundo at the begenning then he will tank your whole team damage and you won't be able to do anything against him. Same thing goes to Shyvana

Yeah I agree with this completely, and it really makes the game not very fun because of these same boring picks over and over. On topic though, I think there is no such thing as strongest champion, but there are strong game changers in both solo queue and competitive games. A good example would be a Kassadin that runs the teleport summoner spell. Kassadin's strong suite is that he has so much pressure once he hits level 6. He can roam and teleport across the map, aiding his team through ganks that can turn a game around. Not to mention, he scales extremely well into late game and is able to deal so much AOE damage with high mobility.

Most recently Riven, I've seen Riven in pretty much every single solo queue game I've had recently. She apparently got nerfed recently and I have noticed less people playing her and her not being as strong but she is still a bit ridiculous. Might just be the champions I play but her ability to burst you down and interrupt you is crazy!

I feel this is a situational question. Jinx is an amazing pusher and an great adc but a good gragas would walk all over her. I don't believe there is a single "strongest champion" but my favorite would be tryndameer. In top lane you can play passive and push to win. Most people won't be able to 1v1 him.

In just about any game you will hear someone mutter the words over powered. Most of the time when I hear that I just ignore the person because they are either not playing proper or they are just trying to whine about something when I have better things to do (like game).

I wouldn't say there is a strongest champion in the League. From time to time there are some champions that become far more superior to others due to great buffs, but that is fixed easily. However, there are certainly champions which are beter than others. For instance, Nidalee is better than Skarner, even though they're different roles. Some would say that if you know how to play good Skarner you could wreck face with him. Yeah, but if you could play Nidalee well, it would be much easier.

I think Riven is probably the strongest champion. She can play top or mid lane(is jungle still viable?) and she has high mobility. She is just so well rounded and it's difficult to face her because you never know when you could turn into the one at a disadvantage and she finishes you off.

Lucian is a solid pick against mostly every ADC that's currently being played in botlane. He has great wave clear, burst, and survivability when compared to everyone else; especially with the popular blade of the ruined king + ghostblade build, he has a bunch of burst potential in conjunction with his passive procs.

Actually, not all champions are necessarily balanced! There's some that are OP in a way. But the OP champions keep changing after patches and "balances" so it's hard to say which champion is balanced or not.

Well, i think the common most broken, op champ is Jax.
He counters like everyone on top lane. Plenty of escapes with q and e (Blade of the Ruined King if you are skilled enough.).
Playing safe/aggressive doesn't matter with Jax, he'll still get fed either way, and will get ridiculously strong late-game.

Currently, I think Akali is really wrong just because there's not really a counter to her. I mean, of course it depends on the player and their skill with the champion and the game in general. There are quite a few champs that are really annoying, and could be fixed a bit, but none that I think are completely unbearable to play against no matter who is playing them.

I think a Jinx and Cait are very strong ADC champs. One they are on a roll there is no stopping them. Their pokes are crazy.

This season, Everyone can agree that Morgana carries no matter where she is. Her snare is too op.

At the moment its probably Syndra in my opinion. Her ultimate is so incredibly strong and unfair.

Since you posted this thread a lot has changed in the meta of League of Legends, so the answers will be different that were answered at the start of this thread. I think that the most OP champion at the moment is Morgana as support, because of the binding duration (which is insanelly long) and with the black shield which can negate a lot of magic damage, including spells with on-hit effects. A good Morgana player can carry the whole team to victory, even if they're behind over 10k gold. I think that many people have realized that she is OP and therefore she is always banned in the Solo Q. She might be nefred in the future, but it's hard to say.
