If things go right, I'd go for the PC release of the game. But if the PC version doesn't go well I'd have to go for the Xbox One version. But I'm pretty sure I can run the game on my PC with the specs I have but who knows, maybe the game would not be as optimized for the PC like any other games from Ubisoft.
I'm getting this on my PC! Nothing beats the accurate and fluid controls you have on a PC especially when it comes to shooters. Although I'm not that confident with the PC release because I'm afraid of the specs since my PC is getting a bit too old for more modern games, I can barely maintain a steady 20 FPS in GTA V.
If I get it, it will be for the PC for sure. I can never really understand why people play on console systems besides having games solely published for console systems. The PC just has so much more flexibility than a console.
I don't have any comsoles anymore and I'm hoping that the port to PC goes OK. Ubisoft have got a bit of a checkered history when it comes to this sort of thing so I suppose us PC owners will just have to wait and see how it turns out. I can deal with a few performance issues as they are normally quickly corrected and usually require nothing more than some tinkering with the graphics options. Instability would be a disaster for them though, its the last thing I'd want to see.
I think I'll go for Xbox one. Unless I have my PC built by March (which I probably won't because I'm lazy and a poor college student). I'm more of a console gamer than a PC gamer anyway. I find them more relaxing and less competitive feeling when I'm using a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse.
Honestly, I play on console because I can pop the disc in and play. My PC will need a major upgrade to be able to play the Division, which requires funds, which I don't currently have. The PC will always be better than consoles, no argument there... If you can maintain a somewhat current system. I've had my Xbox 360 for a billion years without having to invest a single cent to be able to play all games released for it; unfortunately that is not the case with my PC.
I'm getting it for Playstation 4. I'm a Sony fan and my pc is nowhere near powerful enough to run this game properly.
I will be getting "The Division" on PC. I would like to buy it on Playstation 4, but I know I will get too irritated with the controls. I've become so accustomed to my PC that it's hard for me to play consoles nowadays.
I'm getting it on my PC. I'm ordering a new one so I should have it before the end of the year, depending on my financial situation. Worst scenario is that I'll have to wait until January or February, but at the moment I'm positive I'll get it this year. That aside, I don't really have that many options. I don't have PS, XBOX and all that jazz. So yeah.
