    Librarians for me. However, on my first playthrough, some of the visions also creeped me out a bit.

    the scariest monsters are the pigs in exhibition. They were snorting at me and rolling around

    I liked the pigs, though I felt sorry for them. It seemed like they had very little space to move around. :p

    I have to agree on that. The librarians were nearly impossible to kill, so they scared me, not in a creepy way, but like I didn't want to die because they're so hard to kill. The nosalise that had glowing eyes, were afraid of your flashlight and could kill you with only one strike from above was definitely the most creepy one. The Lurkers were easy to deal with for me. Three shots at them with an AK and they were dead. They almost never surprised me from behind. Though one of them was the one that scared me the most of all the monsters. When carrying Sasha on your back, right before you come to the room with the explosion-trap, a Lurker storms out right in front of you with an extremely loud scream. That made me jump off my chair xD But yeah, the Nosalis.

    Speaking of creepy monsters, I really liked the stalkers in "Dead Space 2". They sneak up to you, and you blow them away, and then they run off howling like there's no tommorrow. That's not too scary, but when they go on for a minute, it's unsettling. Very unsettling. You're like "Oh crap oh crapohcrapohcrap, what's going on out there?!" :) Anyway, this could be an element some of the mutants could kinda have in Last Light? It just... unnerves you to the max.

    librarians because they just pop out and attack me and then i jump and blow off 40 bullets trying to kil it and they just pop out of the ceiling and hit u

    yeah, the librarians are tough. Even when I stared into their eyes until they left, I would turn away and then they hit me from behing! Very intimidating.

    Ever happened to get 2 librarians at the start of the archive mission or whichever it is when you meet em face to face well it happened to me and it was impossible to survive lolz
    Tho they didnt scare me that much.
    The scariest yet the ones that cant kill u fast are the Lurkers the small monsters that attack you from behind when they get out of their hole lolz, each time i get hit from the back by them i jump behind to shoot em only to see that they are gone.

    Nazis.. I can smell them for miles...
    And the librarians, the way they look at you with their head down almost wanted me to give them a hug.. but those motherfuckers didn't wanted me to hug them.. I had no choice :( poor little monkeys :c

    Yeah, they were cool. I like the look of the mutants in the Last Light trailer... they look good!

    Ah, yes, that gaseous invisible... thing. Things like that are scary, because it's incomprehensible, and you can't do anything about it. :)

    Lol maybe with a few Hellsing or Volt Driver headshots, but with most weapons you're running around in circles trying to avoid being hit while doing minimal damage to them. Plus, they hit hard.

    I'd probably say they're the most dangerous enemy in the game. The other choice would be Demons, but they're generally avoidable and don't chase you around in tight spaces.

    EDIT: It was probably the ghosts which creeped me out the most, or the dark ones in some of their visions. The Librarians never really creeped me out, just made me really really not want to break eye contact lol.
