    After playing through 2033 again I'm now almost sure that the secret prisoner is Sasha's father ( from the mission CHILD ) the guard says "if that boy died it would have killed him. And if he died we'd all be done for" not his exact words but very close.

    Upon further speculation, I think it's an infant dark one. Remember that concept art picture that surfaced a while back showing an infant? What other role would it have? Can't say I'm in love with the idea of it however.

    Hmm... I still disagree with the idea of "prisoner is a real Dark One". I meant, how do they can communicate with the dark one? Why would they want him alive when they knew those are deadly dangerous to humans?

    Sorry, I am not really convinced that it is possible.

    Did anyone stop and think maybe the prisoner isn't a living being at all? how about a nuclear warhead that the Nazis found and are going to use to enter d6. that's my guess
