    Yeah, I loved some of those scenes too. :) Apparently, the game takes 25 hours to speedrun through for the developers.

    Looks like the native language version of last trailer was released on the same day as the English dubbed one, I just missed it because they didn't notify about this at the official site like they usually do. Anyway, I've embedded it below. Looks like they really put effort into the Polish lip syncing this time.

    The only Russian version I could find is just an unofficial dub over the English audio, so I don't think CD Projekt have released it yet. Perhaps Italian, German, French and other language versions will come too as was the case with some of the previous trailers.

    It is, but I have some concerns. I still haven't finished Dragon Age: Inquisition, because it is so massive and a lot of that content feels like uninteresting filler (there is however a great game beneath those layers). If W3 is so massive, I hope it doesn't feel similar, so that everything feels more unique and they don't fill it up with fetch quests. Also, when they mention in the trailer that settlers can inhabit an area after Geralt clears out the monsters, it sounds pretty cool but I fear that it may turn into an overused gamey gimmick (such as closing rifts in DA:I or stuff like that).

    Maybe it will be like RDR (Red dead redemption) With how that handled random shenanigans also $250 limited edition pre ordered :)

    Perhaps. I do remember one of the earlier Polish interviews with the devs where they said that they have been inspired by Red Dead Redemption in creating the open world and how Geralt interacts with it.

    That's probably because your video card is technically a generation behind the minimum card, even though it's technically more powerful and should have just about all of the same features, besides maybe an AA mode and Shadowplay. You'll run it.

    Maybe download one of those DRM-free copies first just to be safe, but I doubt you'll have issues, unless you can't get back up to 6GB of RAM.

    As far as I'm aware, this time all copies of the game will come DRM-free except for the Steam one (since Steam is a form of DRM itself)... but I personally always thought that buying CD Projekt's games on Steam is almost as bad as pirating them. :p

    In case anyone is wondering why CD Projekt release almost all of their trailers in Polish, Russian, English, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese - it's because W3 will be fully translated and dubbed in these languages (plenty of other languages will get a full translation with subtitles but no dub - such as Hungarian, Czech, etc.).

    I haven't pirated game in a looooong while, mostly thanks to steam. I have no trouble with pirating it though, but steam has a thing called Family sharing now. If any of you wishes to, you can just add me and share the game with me. I'll check it out while you sleep or whichever since time zones are conveniently different and only one person can access the game library at a time. If the owner starts up the game, Steam will give me a notification that they want their games back and give me a five minute timer to wrap things up and save.

    That's a practice that dies out unfortunately.

    A complete lack of swearing in the Russian version in comparison to what we've seen before is really saddening. We have an entire dialect dedicated to swearing that can be used to substitute all non-vulgar words and none of it appears to be present in the game.

    Seriously? That is disappointing. :( They make use of various juicy swearwords in the Polish version. Since Slavic languages have some identical vocabulary (especially basic stuff like human anatomy), I know that there's plenty to choose from in Russian plus all the stuff I don't know about. Hopefully it's just the trailers, as I see no reason why the game shouldn't have swearing in it - especially in a Slavic language, which makes this trilogy a lot more homely.

    I'm sure that the previous games had Russian dubbing too and some parts (like anything to do with Talar) would be simply impossible to write without cursing. His Polish dialogue is amazing. The video below is from a Russian version of W2 (a letter from Talar, who doesn't really appear in the second one himself) and that features swearing. :p

    The trailer in Russian, however, has no swearing in comparison with the same scenes from an English version. And I assume that's the final version, so... It's either gone, or reduced. The comments on YT point this out too.

    W3 has officially gone gold, so we shouldn't have to worry about any more delays with the game's release... Here's hoping it will have a relatively smooth launch in May, as this is a massive project for CD Projekt and I wouldn't be surprised if they won't be able to handle it as well as they intended.

    Imagine that, after all the anticipation, CD project decides that W3 isn't what they had envisioned and decide to cancel the game. Or, they postpone the game's release by an extra month, then it becomes six months, then a year, then five years, and gets stuck in developmental hell. :p

    There is a 75% discount on witcher 1 and 2 on origin right now.

    Witcher 3 is being sold with a season pass for some reason. Wasn't it supposed to have free dlc?
