    I don't think it will unless it stays true to the look it's become nkown and recognized with. If it keeps the same textures and looks the same generally, then yes I don't think it can hurt. It will hurt the amount of people that can physically play it on their computers though.

    Well, I think the graphics of Minecraft is part of its distinct appeal to gamers. Maybe its also a reason why so many play it, because it isn't resource-intensive. I would want to see a similar game, though, with "better" graphics.

    No. Gameplay and new content will. People have lived through Minecraft's graphics for years, and along with that, new texture packs have been released. I don't think graphics were ever an issue for Minecraft. If graphics really affect people's opinion on the game, there's texture packs and shader mods to make the game suitable for your expectations.

    No, absolutely not. The graphics made minecraft more popular. And also, you can add some texture packs that you want.

    I don't really think better graphics will make the game better. The game is really awesome the way it is. The medicore graphics are what makes this game minecraft.
