    I hate douche bags who sell bad loans out of greed or cheat people. Still, banks are necessary in society. For one thing, otherse you would have to carry all cash on hand, rather than using a checking deposits system. I don't know about the rest of the world, but in the US, banks are essential in moderating the money supply. Banks increase the money supply via loans (the deposits kinda exist in two places at once).

    Maybe we should all cool it a bit, eh?

    Exactly.They are necessary, as of now. Hence, change society.
    Banks are by definition criminal, because they only aim to profit. Everything they do that sounds good, is just because of profit.

    Lets see, worse case scenario:

    1. The US stock market collapses and so does the US gov't, which starts the 2nd American Civil War. The military will break up among several factions fighting each other over dominance. The Chinese will ally themselves with one group, the Russians with another, UK/Euro with another, etc.

    2. NATO vs SCO

    3. US vs Russia

    4. Japan vs China vs North Korea vs South Korea

    5. Israel & US vs Syria & Russia

    6. South American countries fighting each other.

    7. Euro collapses, European countries fighting each other.

    Heh I agree. This country has people with so many different political views, groups, etc. I think one of the predominate major groups would be from the south, CSA.
