Yes, but it won't happen since Obsidian was screwed over by Bethesda.

As long as it's not made by them completely and is a collaboration, I think I'd be cool with it. Two heads are (almost) always better than one.

Definitely would love it if Obsidian made another entry of Fallout although I feel it would be much better if they made their own standalone game, Bethesda and Obsidian don't seem to be on good terms and if they collaborate the end-product probably won't be great.
