WOW selling gametime for gold, your thoughts?

    I think it's a step in the good direction, it's going to cut back on gold selling sites, that's for sure. And if you have enough time you can basically play the game for free, which is a good thing. Maybe even if you can't pay it with gold every month, you can do it every second, which is still amazing.

    Bought one for about 20k and have been watching my gold, I seem to make an average of about 40-50k gold per month so that means that I would be able to buy them and save myself the subscription money. Now it depends on if I want to buy something else or not if I will actually spend the gold on tokens or items. Either way, it's a good addition and it gives you a little more freedom especially if you are low on cash.

    EQ2 does this as well, the Krono was introduced in late 2012. I haven't seen many problems arise from it. I is an interesting concept and I'm not surprised it has spread to other games.
